Key terms
Results are AI-generated entertainment, not factual assessments. Tryit is provided free of charge and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. You give us a licence to process what you submit to make and share your result. Our liability is limited as these terms explain; your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Tryit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date; the new terms apply to your use of Tryit after they are posted. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
Description of Service
Tryit offers short entertainment experiences (quizzes, games, a daily puzzle and free tries of our other products) that produce results from what you enter. Results are for entertainment only and are not factual, scientific or professional assessments.
User Content
You keep ownership of the text you submit. By submitting it, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it to produce your result, to keep its share link working, and to show it to anyone you share the link with. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. Describe products, not people, when asking for a product image, and do not describe anyone in an invite without their agreement. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely, without owing you anything.
Intellectual Property
The Tryit platform, including its design, code, branding, and app concepts, is our intellectual property. Generated results may be freely shared by users. You may not copy, replicate, or create derivative works of the platform itself.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: submit illegal, harmful or offensive content; use the service to harass or harm others; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, except where the law allows; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service; get around any rate limits or access controls; or present a result as a factual assessment. We may remove any content or result, and block access, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tryit is provided for entertainment. We supply it with reasonable care and skill, as the law requires, but we do not promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or humorous.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, for decisions made based on generated results, or for any business loss. Because Tryit is free, our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may add, remove, or modify mini-apps without notice. Free features may become paid or vice versa.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the place you live. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
